According to an analysis by CoinShares Research shared with Cointelegraph on Sept. 12, Capula Management, Avenir Tech, and Goldman Sachs were revealed to be the largest buyers of BTC ETFs in the second quarter of 2024.

The analysis showed that the three investment firms collectively bought nearly $1.3 billion worth of BTC ETF shares over the period. The figures are based on the quarterly 13F disclosures filed by large fund managers in the United States.

Bitcoin ETFs have seen massive demand since launching in January, with major financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley playing a key role in their adoption.
