In view of this, the Apacer team developed a strong DRAM module fixing strap, which adopts a safety belt-like design and can quickly, conveniently and effectively fix the DRAM module to the corresponding DIMM slot.

Apacer's DRAM module strong fixing strap adopts a three-point fixing design, which has higher stability and wider compatibility than the traditional bilateral contact clamp.

In addition, the fixing strap is based on polysiloxane (a type of silicone resin) material, which is highly elastic and flexible, can withstand low temperatures and high temperatures of 200°C, and is completely insulated without the risk of PCB short circuit.

Apacer said that its DRAM module strong fixing strap supports non-ECC UDIMM, ECC UDIMM and RDIMM memory modules, and has passed MIL-STD-833K and MIL-STD-810G military-grade vibration and impact resistance tests.
