Xiaomi reveals new Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G refresh with fresh colour option

The Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G (curr. $799.99 on Amazon) has been around for almost a year, albeit only in China. By contrast, Xiaomi released the device globally in January 2024. Nonetheless, the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G is one of a few Redmi Note 13 series devices that the company has refreshed with a special edition model.

Initially, Xiaomi offered the device in what it describes as Arctic White, Aurora Purple, Midnight Black and Ocean Teal colour options. A few months on, and it has decided to refresh the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G again, this time with a new colour option. Please note that Xiaomi does not sell the device globally in all the other colour options that we mentioned previously.

Regardless, the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G will soon be available in what Xiaomi describes as 'Olive Green'. For some reason, it seems that Xiaomi has applied a slightly darker shade of green around the device's LED flash array than on the rest of its back panel. With that being said, the new Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G is functionally the same device as the one we reviewed earlier this year. While Xiaomi has not confirmed launch pricing yet, the new Olive Green colour option is expected to match existing Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G SKUs.
