windows下apache的多个虚拟主机中间问题

我的文件目录结构如下：
-WebSer
Myroot(1)
-abc
Myroot(2)
Myroot(3)
现在我已经可以从Myroot这三独立的个虚拟主机访问了。但是还有个问题，Myroot(1)，Myroot(2)，Myroot(3)三个目录里的东东都是相关联的，比如Myroot(1)要管理Myroot(2)和Myroot(3)，包括写成静态文件，更新，上传。。。
如果这样，他们仍然可以设置成独立的虚拟主机么？会不会Myroot(1)就管理不了其他两个了呢？
