wamp PHP5.3.8

按照资料：php.ini 已设置 date.timezone = Asia/Chongqing

yii的配置文件中也增加了 'timeZone'=>'Asia/Chongqing',

尝试换成 上海时间试下

直接修改wamp目录下面的php.ini配置文件
