What does the tag body mean?

The tag body is the body part of a web page, which is used to define the main content of the web page and is also a necessary part of an HTML document.

Function:Define the body of the document.

Note:The body element contains all the content of the document (such as text, hyperlinks, images, tables, lists, etc.)

Notes:In HTML 4.01, the "rendering attribute" of all body elements is deprecated. In XHTML 1.0 Strict DTD, all "rendering attributes" of the body element are not supported.
