我用的是homestead 2.1.0,vagrant 1.9.2,composer用的是laravel-china的国内源,composer时报这个错误,请问怎么回事,该如何解决?

[Composer\Downloader\TransportException]

https://packagist.phpcomposer.com/p/laravel/lumen-framework%2422c8de2cf7a47c08baa33c23e6b2b6d557fdfd44011047b84c7dd03938bc1995.json这个url可以访问文件,你可以直接拷贝下来,在根目录下命名为composer.json,再重新执行

先检查你的php是否安装了openssl,如果安装了还报错,在C:usrlocalssl建立openssl.cnf,内容如下,这是NT版本编译写死的路径。
