myeclipse激活时能够读取到plugins文件夹，但是不能修改该文件的内容？

在激活myeclipse的时候，前面的步骤都没有问题，但是到了需要引入然后修改plugins文件的时候，就出了问题：不能修改plugins文件。情况如截图所示： 求大神解答，万分感谢！
