用redis作缓存，服务器内存1G够不够用？

因为redis缓存在内存中，在服务器内存只有1G时，用redis缓存够不够用的？
只是用来缓存访问信息的，例如IP、访问时长、访问来源
有没意义？？
例如并发100……
