I have never noticed the file structure of this directory before But from your screenshot, I feel that the pom file has not been completely downloaded (judging based on part and lock), but as to why it keeps getting stuck here, I think it may be a problem with your network. You can find the relevant URL and actually download the pom file to see if it can be downloaded
