Windows平台下swig写的python扩展模块，拷贝到其他电脑上无法使用，如何解决？

windows平台下，用swig给python2.7写了一个扩展模块，使用vs2013编译的，然后按照官方教程改名导入，本机上可以正常使用，但是换了一台电脑，直接拷贝过去，无法使用。找不到指定模块，该如何解决？
将该文件夹添加到系统环境变量和直接放入到python文件夹site-packages/下也没有起作用。
