<p>I'm trying to test my php software using XAMMP (localhost) but after clicking on the URL I keep getting: </p>

<p>I thought it was coming from xammp <strong>PhpMyAdmin</strong> so I installed Laragon and tried to test the software on it and here is what it showed</p>

<p>I tried checking the output of the software and looking at the dashboard and admin panel but it kept showing;</p>

<p>I tried it on cPanel and it worked, but I don't want to test the program on cPanel, I can't afford hosting right now, I want to try localhost. </p>
Create a new user and use it to access your database.
Inquire: Create user 'user'@'localhost'; Grant all permissions on urdatabase.* to "user" identified by "password"@"localhost";
