I configured 2 vhosts, one iswww.testcms.comwhich can be accessed normally, and the otherwww.phpbase.comcannot be accessed normally, and an error message is given You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Solution: Drop an index.html file into the project folder and you can access it normally. I don't know the reason either.
