The page is successfully obtained from the background, but it is displayed as a blank page in ie8. There is no problem with ie9 and above browsers, and there is no problem with other browsers.
1. The previously requested page has charset=utf8. I asked the background to change it to utf-8, but a blank page is still displayed.
2.meta is also written before the title.
