mysql数据库mysqli

学习php过程中发现 看着视频学的封装数据库工具类发现用的全是面像过程的方法 而调用的时候和直接用mysqli差不多感觉还没有直接用mysqli来的方便快捷
这样的话直接用mysqli还需要用mysql工具类封装吗？
