4.不知道“每日优鲜”使用的是什么，切换很平滑，数据加载也很快，加载之后不知道是否使用了本地存储，关闭网络，滑动切换页面，页面内容依然存在。

angular并没有已经写好的轮子给你用，不过bootstrap ui中有轮播的指令http://angular-ui.github.io/b...
另外也可以用swiper
