chgrp -改变文件组
描述
布尔chgrp （字符串$文件名，混合$组）
企图改变组的档案filename组。
只有Supervisor可以改变组任意一个文件，其他用户可能会更改组的文件，以任何一组该用户是一个成员。
参数
文件名
文件路径。
组
A组姓名或号码。
返回值
返回TRUE或FALSE的成功失败。
