看看腾讯微博开放平台的sdk，这功能跟什么语言实现没关系。
这玩意儿根本就不用实现 就是开放平台的widget的东西
腾讯 微薄 接入一个插件即可。
一般就是一个js，通过调用一些接口返回数据就是了。
官方提供的js sdk吧
