After NavInfo won the first instance, the above-mentioned Baidu company filed an appeal to the Beijing Higher People's Court.

The caseinvolved an amount of 64.5 million yuan. The Beijing Intellectual Property Court formally accepted the case on November 22, 2017, and the Beijing Higher People's Court made a decision on December 28, 2023. Final judgment.
