Microsoft Paint now supports layer functionality, similar to Photoshop, and supports transparency

Microsoft Paint has gone through a lot of interesting changes recently. Now, as discovered in the Insiders community, we're getting layers functionality in the app.

Yes, it is very similar to Adobe Photoshop. As first spotted by tech enthusiast @PhantomOfEarth and subsequently announced by Microsoft, the feature is now live in version 11.2308.18.0 for Dev and Canary insiders.

And it's still far from perfect. Many insiders complained that this feature was eating up their RAM: one layer probably "costs" at least 2 to 4 MB, imagine if it was more.
