Microsoft launches AI tool Dynamics 365 Copilot to help employees write emails, record meeting summaries, etc.

According to news on March 7, in addition to promoting Bing Chat (Bing Chat), Microsoft is also promoting other generative AI projects. In an official blog post today, Microsoft announced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot, which can perform certain boring but necessary tasks to reduce the burden on employees.

Microsoft says that through Dynamics 365 Copilot, businesses can use artificial intelligence to write emails to customers, create meeting summaries for Microsoft Teams, and more.

Microsoft said in a blog post that 66% of salespeople spend time writing and reading emails, so assistance in this area should free up time for employees to do other important tasks.

Dynamics 365 Copilot can also help customer service by using its chatbot AI in texts and emails to resolve support issues, and marketing team members can use Copilot to provide inspiration for new emails or marketing campaigns, etc.

IT House learned from the report that Copilot can also be used to help create store lists of products, and can also track supply chain information in terms of weather, geography, etc. If Copilot discovers any supply issues, an automated email can be created and sent to alert the company's third-party partners.

Microsoft says existing Dynamics 365 users can take advantage of Copilot functionality at no additional cost. Microsoft said that some features have been launched in preview version, and more new functions and features will be released in the future.
