If you have solid basic knowledge, you can avoid spending a lot of time on some low-level mistakes. If the foundation is not good and the work tasks are relatively heavy, it is like taking exams every day but not having time to learn new knowledge, so academic performance cannot be improved.
Do what others do for two or three hours in one hour. Consciously improve the same task the second or third time you do it. efficiency.
Train your brain like you train your muscles.In the same period of time, starting from tomorrow, let yourself think and study double the workload. Pay attention to the keywords I highlighted in bold. No increase in time is allowed. One hour will still be the same hour. The time will remain the same and the content will double.
There will be some fatigue at first, but as long as you don’t get sick, it means your brain can adapt. Stick to it for half a month and get used to it. Double it again. Stick with it for another half month and get used to it.
Keep doubling and doubling until you feel sick, then slow down the speed by 20%. Maintain this efficiency for life. When training becomes a habit, you will become more and more relaxed and comfortable. The same goes for thinking with all your heart.

There are always some problems that you are unprepared for. If you don’t know how to search, just search. If it doesn’t work, just change a search engine or change a keyword.
It’s time to take a break and combine work with rest. During the break, you can sort out documents and change your thoughts. Sometimes problems that are currently difficult to solve will suddenly become clear after you go out for a walk.
