How to copy layers across PS files
First open PS
Open both files , set the target to copy the cyan pattern layer in file 2 to file 1.

You can click on the drop-down box at the target document, and you will find that the name of the first file is also displayed in it.
Choose to copy the layer to the first file, the layer name will be automatically modified, or you can directly modify the name manually
Go back to the first file and you will find that the cyan pattern layer in the second file has been copied, and the layer name is the name you just modified
Drag Change the layer order to complete the copy.
