Environment

phpmyadmin character set utf8_general_ci
excel 2013 export csv character set ansi (gb2312) delimiter (English comma)

Steps

  • Export a csv file with comma as the content delimiter.

  • Use ultraedit to open the exported csv file. The string at this time should be gbk/gb2312 and saved as utf8-no bom

  • phpmyadmin Select Import, use the default utf8 character set, replace all field delimiters and content delimiters with English commas, and click Import.

  • Import completed.

Problems encountered
