方法一：用JAVA自带的函数

}

方法二：推荐，速度最快

方法三：

}

 StringUtils.isNumeric("12 3") = false
 StringUtils.isNumeric("ab2c") = false
 StringUtils.isNumeric("12-3") = false
 StringUtils.isNumeric("12.3") = false
