1. Enter the WeChat public platform and register a mini program account: https://mp.weixin.qq.com/
2. Download WeChat developer tools. Download address: https://developers.weixin.qq.com/miniprogram/dev/devtools/download.html
3. Create a new project. Create an empty directory where the code is stored, open the WeChat Developer Tools, select the directory, and fill in the AppID (can be found in "WeChat Public Platform->Settings->Development Settings").
