Problem symptoms
In a certain period of time, ECS instance details page, the network (external network) in the monitoring information shows that there is no data yet, and the CPU usage monitoring is normal. After restarting the ECS instance, the network (external network) resumes data display.
Cause of the problem
When an exception occurs inside ECS, the ERP software service is unavailable, and the ERP software service unable to connect.
Solution
Restart the ECS instance and restore the connection, and the network monitoring data will be restored.
Note: The rule displayed by network resource monitoring is to upload once every 60 seconds. If the number of data packets within 60 seconds is less than 100, it will not be uploaded, that is, the data will not be displayed.
