表单提交解决方法

表单提交
本人新手，帮忙看下。
有N表单都要提交到同一个页面处理数据，也就是写入数据库。
add.php

add2.php

add3.php

adddate.php这个页面应该怎么写啊？

这个是个函数问题，我不太懂啊。

在每一张表单的action中加入不同的参数，以便区分处理：

不需要什么函数。
