OpenSSL support => disabled (install ext/openssl)

现在的问题是，我要如何启用cli的ssl。php.ini中是启用了ssl，依据官方的说法，可能需要添加一个文件php-cli.ini，无果而终。

请先确认是否在安装php时安装了openssl的扩展，如果没有，请到源码etc/openssl下进行安装。环境最终是否有效以phpinfo()的结果为准，不是php.ini里配置了就会有的。
