群发接口里叫上传图文消息，素材管理里叫新增永久图文素材。
两个都能返回素材的Id.
我自己在做实验的时候，不知道为什么，用群发接口里的那个接口返回报错，所以只好用新增永久图文素材。
这两个不同的板块里面，有一些内容是相似的，返回值也几乎差不多，有点没搞明白区别。

一个是临时的，如果你一直用，可能过几天就会没有id对应的图片了，永久的话，只要你不删，可以一直用的，我记得发送图文信息的时候，图片直接可以用url吧，发送图片信息的时候，必须要先上传图片素材，得到id，才可以。
