PHP开发之简单文件上传到本地文件保存（二）
上一节我们讲解了使用<form>表单上传文件，并创建了HTML表单页面
并对上传文件进行了一些限制说明。
本节我们用PHP代码来对各种条件进行if判断
首先我们要确定传值方式：

判断上传文件的大小：

判断同目录下是否有名称相同的文件：
