如何使用python读取图片文件中的信息比如标签、说明等

picasa和windows系统中都可以为图片添加标签，想自己用python实现这个功能之前用pil读取不出这些信息找了一下PIL.ExifTags好像也没有我要的 求问该怎么做呢 下图中的说明里面的标记部分就是我想修改...
