How to enable Widget settings in Windows 11 build 25211?

1. Use this link to download the ViveTool app from GitHub.
2. Extract files anywhere you like. We save the application in C:\Vive so that we can type fewer characters into the terminal.
3. Right-click on the Start menu and select Terminal (Administrator).
4. Use the down arrow button on the tab strip to switch Terminal to the Command Prompt profile.
5. Use the CD command to navigate to the folder containing the ViveTool files. Here is an example: CD C:\Vive.
6. Enter vivetool /enable /id:38652916 and press Enter.
7. Restart your computer.
