Open the worksheet, click the [OFFICE button], and click the [EXCEL Options] button in the pop-up menu options.

As shown below, the [EXCEL Options] dialog box pops up.

In the pop-up [EXCEL Options] dialog box, select the [Advanced] option on the left, and check the [Show Horizontal Scroll Bar] and [Show Vertical Scroll Bar] options on the right , click the [OK] button after setting.
