Intel Panther Lake-H leak reveals five models with up to 45 Watt TDP

Previously, it was revealed Intel would launch three variants of Panther Lake CPUs with 'P', 'U', and 'H' variants. Because it succeeds Lunar Lake, it wouldn't feature any 'HX' models, which will instead be be based on whatever succeeds the Arrow Lake architecture. Trusted leaker Jaykihn has now revealed more information about some Panther Lake-H models.

  • 6 P + 8 E + 4 LP-E CPU cores, 12 EU Xe iGPU, 28 Watts TDP
  • 4 P + 8 E + 4 LP-E CPU cores, 12 EU Xe iGPU, 25 Watts TDP
  • 4 P + 8 E + 4 LP-E CPU cores, 4 EU Xe iGPU, 25 Watts TDP
  • 4 P + 0 E + 4 LP-E CPU cores, 4 EU Xe iGPU, 25 Watts TDP

The first two (6 P-core) variants are still in pre-EDS phase, but the remaining three are further in development. While not stated explicitly, one can reasonably assume the 45 Watt SKU to be a Core Ultra 9 equivalent. As confirmed earlier, Panther Lake will be manufactured on Intel'a 18A process and will be the first commercial product to offer backside power delivery. Pre-production silicon has already powered on and Panther Lake is expected to debut in 2025 under the Core Ultra 300 moniker. However, they could run hotter than their predecessors as Intel has supposedly set a 105℃ TJ-Max limit for Panther Lake.
