Dreame Mova E30 Ultra unveiled as more affordable robot vacuum

Dreame sub-brand Mova has revealed the E30 Ultra robot vacuum cleaner for the European market. The new model offers up to 7,000 Pa suction power with the company’s Vormax technology. Dreame suggests that this is enough to pick up debris, such as small screws.

The E30 Ultra can also mop, with two high-speed rotating pads to remove stubborn dirt and RoboSwing arms to reach into corners and along edges. It also uses ultrasound to detect carpets or rugs, automatically lifting the mops by up to 10.5mm (~0.4 inches) to avoid wetting the fabric. Accompanying the robot is a self-cleaning docking station, which Dreame suggests provides up to 75 days of hands-free cleaning. When it arrives at the dock, the onboard dustbin and dirty water tank are emptied, the clean water tank is replenished, and the mops are washed and dried. Other features include a 5,200mAh battery for up to 260 minutes runtime, 3D obstacle avoidance, and automatic dirt detection to intelligently adjust how it cleans as needed.

You can control the device via the accompanying app or with voice assistants like Siri, Alexa or Google Assistant. The Dreame Mova E30 Ultra robot vacuum will be shown at IFA 2024, starting September 6th. While it is unclear precisely when it will go on sale, it is listed with an RRP of €499. That makes it cheaper than the Roborock Qrevo S, which retails for €799. This model has the same suction power but a slightly more advanced self-cleaning docking station.
