First, I tried playing the campaign mode to follow the story and check out the feel of the game.
The control system is similar to that of a typical TPS, and there are fewer special actions like parkour, which is a recent trend, so I get the impression that it's quite simple for a recent work.


There are 4 levels of difficulty: ``Easy,'' ``Normal,'' ``Veteran,'' and ``Angel of Death.'' The higher the difficulty mode, the more frequently enemies will attack, and the fewer replenishment items will fall.
Although there were some questionable Japanese translations for some proper nouns, I was able to read the characters' lines without any discomfort. The main character, ``Titus'', is voiced by Akio Otsuka, and the detailed voices of the mob characters are also properly recorded. It is also worth noting that the sound is powerful!
Many of the weapons are dynamic, typical of WH40K, and all of them feel great to shoot. However, with assault rifles and machine guns, the spread of bullets is amazing, so I thought it would be difficult to aim properly and make a hit...
When I actually fought, those fears were blown away.

In order to repel the huge number of Tyranids that rush in like a tsunami and fill the screen, you don't have time to think about details like aim. There are too many enemies that appear at once, so if you shoot in a direction where there are a lot of enemies, you'll probably hit them.

This amount at the very first stage. Rather than aiming precisely at the enemy, it is important to determine how to fight by determining the location and density of the enemy group, and the types of elites that are mixed in.

However, it's not really a great game where you can just shoot people around. The elements that make use of the player's skills are provided in a separate area from the aim.

Particularly important is the element of ammunition management. There are so many enemies that if you shoot them randomly, you'll run out of ammunition. When you run out of bullets, you need to replenish or reload, but the reload gap is set to be long, so if you carelessly reach the front lines and run out of bullets, you'll be beaten to death in an instant.
The basic idea is to carefully adjust the distance between you and the group of enemies, distance yourself before you need to reload, and fight while also using melee weapons depending on the situation. The friendly NPCs that will fight alongside you are also quite tough, so if you consider positioning, your survival rate should increase.


Melee attacks are quite powerful, so if you're close, it's more efficient to confront them with a weapon.

这次因为是预售剧，所以我决定单独接任务，不过如果人手不够的话，NPC也会加入帮忙。很难说它与人类相提并论，但它会跟随玩家并做最低限度的事情，所以一旦你习惯了它，你就不用担心独自玩了。


不过我觉得单人完成任务还是挺困难的。我认为这部分是由于我缺乏技巧，但即使是最低的难度设置，我最终还是在第一个任务中多次结束游戏。由于这是一项依赖技能协作的重要工作，因此很难将其交给NPC。

至少在你获得了成长角色所需的最低经验值和资源之前，招募盟友并通过随机匹配进行战斗会是更明智的选择。我认为发展到一定水平并不是一个坏主意，一旦你掌握了独自征服游戏的技能，你就可以独自挑战它。


这次虽然只玩了开头，但仅此一点就让我强烈感受到了WH40K的力量。日语翻译的质量也很高，结果是从第三人称视角来看的高质量动作片。如果您是该类型的粉丝，即使您不是 WH40K 粉丝，您也应该能够享受它。

然而，对于可用性存在一些担忧，例如缺乏教程元素和对目标位置的指导薄弱。尽管 WH40K 特定术语经常出现，但不幸的是，它几乎没有得到支持。如果在系统和世界观上都有对初学者有帮助的元素，比如可以随时参考教程的系统，以及关于世界观的字典，那可能是更好的作品。
