There are three main Primordial Vaults to be found using this process, with a fourth Vault being part of the main story of the game.
!!! THIS GUIDE CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR BORDERLANDS 4!!!
Each region of Kairos—The Fadefields, Terminus Range, and Carcadia Burn—has a set of Silo locations that you will need to track down and "capture" in order to receive hints about each Vault Fragment location. Once you capture a Silo, you'll get a yellow circle on your map indicating the waypoint area in which you need to explore.
When you enter the hint area circumference, you'll start a game of Hot and Cold, i.e., the closer you get to the Vault Fragment, the more yellow bars will fill in the meter on your HUD. After collecting all three different Vault Fragments in the region, you'll get a hint about the location of the Vault itself on your map, and you'll use the same method to track down the entrance to the Vault.
After entering the Vault in each region, you'll face a gauntlet of enemies and an ultimate boss, aka "primordial guardians," indicated below. Further, you'll unlock unique and powerful upgrades that can only be found by defeating Vault bosses.
Every Fragment & Vault Location In Borderlands 4
The Fadefields Vault Fragments Lead To The Arch Of Inceptus

The three Vault Fragments in The Fadefields are found near Stillshore, The Launchpad, and Rosemary's Reserve. The first two are relatively straightforward once you have the map location, but the Rosemary's Reserve Fragment must be accessed by moving a grate covering an entrance on the north side of the structure.
The Vault Door for The Fadefields is called The Arch of Inceptus, and is found in the Dissected Plateau, south of The Stubs. Entering the Arch of Inceptus, you'll be required to survive a gauntlet, traversing the area until you reach the Primorial Gaurdian Inceptus boss.

The Terminus Range Vault Fragments Lead To The Arch of Origo

You can find the first Vault Fragment in Terminus Range in the Cuspid Climb region north of the Reliquary Silo. You can take the glide lift north to a cliff jutting out of the mountainside where you'll find the fragment. The second Vault Fragment is found in a small opening in the cliffs where you can grapple up to an alcove.
Finally, you'll find the last Terminus Range fragment on the border of Windspear and the Low Leys, inside the Vestal Garrison building. The Vault Door for Terminus Range, the Arch of Origo, is located south of Checkpoint Taupe. Look for the Augur Shrine, and you'll find a cave leading to the Vault Door behind it. After surviving the gauntlet, you'll take on Primordial Guardian Origo.

The Carcadia Burn Vault Fragments Lead To The Arch Of Radix

Carcadia Burn's Vault Fragments are rather straightforward except for the one in Tonnage Peel, which requires a little detective work to get to. There's an underground tunnel entrance not far from where you'll see the Vault Fragment meter lighting up. You'll need to enter here and find a grate you can pull up with your grappling hook, then drop down into the hole to find the Vault Fragment.
The other two fragments are relatively simple to find, and when you collect all three you'll be able to find the Vault Door at an oasis north of Stopflow Bowels. Radix is the final Primordial Guardian you'll face off against, and defeating him will complete the "Nothing Left To Guard" achievement/trophy.

As Hornet continues to explore Farom's intricate, maze-like tunnel in "The Hollow Knight: Song of Silk", the enemies she faces are not only far larger than herself, but also almost equal to her speed and agility. Most of the time, Hornet's only way to fight back against the enemy is by relying on the Needle that she trusts. The weapon wielded like a thin sword in a fencer's hand, ending battles after battle with its sharp tip. However, when facing the most powerful bosses in "Silk Song", participating in the battle with just a "needle" inevitably makes people feel like hitting a stone with an egg. To turn the situation slightly, Hornet can find various tools and buffs to upgrade her needle blade, thereby increasing its damage, attack range and attack

In the doomsday world occupied by the undead, "The Departed Light: The Wild Beast", resources are extremely scarce, and ammunition is even rare. If you prefer to use firearms rather than machetes, it is crucial to find a reliable source of ammunition – the key is to find the transport convoy left by the military. These military convoys are usually composed of one to three military trucks, with various types of ammunition, weapons and valuables randomly stored in the vehicles. The only challenge is: they are all closely guarded by a group of extremely dangerous infected people. Here are the location information of all teams in the game and what you need to prepare when you go to search. How to discover and unlock military convoys There are nine military convoys distributed on the map, mainly appearing on main roads, especially near bridges, tunnels and elevated sections. Four of them are
